Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sensy Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

The Service is an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

Account and authentication

• Email address and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider, not in plain text).
• Authentication identifiers and session data needed to keep you signed in.
• Google Account Data: When you authenticate using Google OAuth, we collect and process your email address, profile name, and Google account identifier. We use this data strictly to create your gaming account, secure your sessions, and preserve your puzzle progress.
• If you connect another third-party login or membership (for example Discord or Patreon), the identifiers and profile fields that provider shares with us, such as an account id or email used for matching a subscription.

Play and membership data

• Puzzle progress, completions, unlocks, tokens or similar balances, and premium or membership status and expiry.
• Technical logs related to gameplay sessions that we need to operate saves, unlocks, and anti-abuse controls.

Payments

• We do not intend to store full payment card numbers. Card and Patreon billing is handled by those providers.
• For crypto or similar gateways we may receive transaction references, payment status, amounts, and the email or account we associate with the order so we can grant access.

Device and usage data

• IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through server logs and essential cookies.
• Information our hosting, database, and security providers process on our behalf to deliver the Service.

We do not require you to upload personal photos. Avatar or display images, if shown, may be system defaults unless you later choose to provide one.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

• create and secure accounts, and authenticate you;
• provide puzzles, saves, tokens, premium entitlements, and customer support;
• process or reconcile payments and prevent fraud, underpayment, and abuse;
• enforce the Terms, including the 18+ requirement and adult-content rules;
• communicate about the account, security, and Service changes;
• improve performance, diagnose errors, and protect the Service;
• comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising networks unless we update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If data-protection law in your region (including the GDPR) applies, we process personal data on these bases:

• Contract: to provide the account and Service you request.
• Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, prevent fraud and underage access, and understand aggregate usage, balanced against your rights.
• Consent: where we ask for it, including optional communications or non-essential cookies if we introduce them.
• Legal obligation: where we must keep records or respond to authorities.

5. Adult content and age

By authenticating or processing a payment on this platform, you explicitly verify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and consent to viewing sexually explicit content and artistic adult material. If you are under 18 or are offended by adult themes, you must exit immediately.

We rely on this confirmation and on account controls. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will delete the account and related data as soon as reasonably practicable, except where we must retain a limited record to prevent repeat abuse or to comply with law. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has used the Service should contact us at sensygamesclub@gmail.com.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, and remember basic site preferences. These are required for the Service to function. If we later use analytics or marketing cookies, we will describe them here and obtain consent where the law requires it.

7. Sharing of information

We share personal data only as needed:

• Infrastructure providers such as hosting, database, and authentication vendors (including our backend and auth platform) that process data on our instructions.
• Payment and membership partners such as Patreon, crypto gateways, and similar processors, to complete a purchase and sync premium status.
• Identity providers if you choose to link Discord, Patreon, or another login.
• Professional advisors and authorities when required by law, to protect rights, or in a merger or sale of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Recipients may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual protections with our processors.

8. Retention

We keep account and play data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can restore access, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal accounting or security obligations. Payment references may be retained for the period required by tax and anti-fraud rules. Server logs are kept for a shorter operational period unless needed for security investigations.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting sensygamesclub@gmail.com. Some information may remain in backups for a limited time or in anonymized form. We may retain a record of the email or identifiers associated with a banned account to enforce the Terms.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to an authenticated web application, including hashed passwords, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and access-controlled databases. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should use a unique password and keep your devices protected.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to portability of data you provided, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, email sensygamesclub@gmail.com from the address on your account so we can verify the request. We may need additional information to confirm your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

If you are in a region with a "sale" or "sharing" opt-out for targeted advertising, note that we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined.

11. Do Not Track

The Service does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting them.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
