Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sensy Games website, applications, puzzles, memberships, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, authenticating, or processing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and age restriction

By authenticating or processing a payment on this platform, you explicitly verify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and consent to viewing sexually explicit content and artistic adult material. If you are under 18 or are offended by adult themes, you must exit immediately.

The Service is intended solely for adults. You may not use the Service if you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live if that age is higher than 18. We may request additional confirmation of age and may suspend or terminate access if we believe this requirement has not been met.

2. Adult content warning

Sensy Games is an adult entertainment platform. The Service includes illustrated and animated artistic depictions of a sexual nature, including explicit (NSFW) material behind account or premium access. Guest previews may be limited to safer (SFW) puzzles. You acknowledge that you are choosing to view adult material and that you will not access the Service in places or on devices where such material is prohibited or would be inappropriate (including around minors).

Content on the Service is fictional artwork and animation. We do not host photographic or live-action depictions of real persons engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Any depiction, including fictional or animated depiction, of a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.

3. The Service

The Service provides adult-oriented animated jigsaw puzzles, a catalog or gallery, progress tracking, optional premium access, and related features such as tokens or similar in-Service items. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service without liability, except where we cannot exclude that liability under applicable law.

Unauthenticated visitors may be offered a limited sandbox of playable puzzles. A free account may preserve progress and expand catalog access, which can include blurred or otherwise restricted previews of adult packs. Premium access is designed to remove those restrictions and unlock the explicit library, subject to these Terms and the applicable billing channel.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you have told us of unauthorized use and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act.

We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or require re-authentication, including before purchases or other sensitive actions. We may use email confirmation, bot defenses, and similar measures to protect the Service.

5. License and intellectual property

The Service, including puzzles, artwork, animation, software, logos, and copy, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not, except as we expressly allow in writing:

  • copy, scrape, download (other than ordinary browser caching), redistribute, or commercially exploit Service content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections, blur/censorship controls, paywalls, or access limits;
  • remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • use automated systems to create accounts, farm rewards, or overload the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service if you are under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • seek, upload, request, or share any sexual content involving minors, including fictional, animated, or "aged-down" depictions;
  • upload, generate, request, or share any adult content that involves real persons without their consent, including any AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII);
  • use the Service for harassment, illegal activity, fraud, or infringement of others' rights;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service;
  • misrepresent your identity, age, or payment authorization;
  • resell, share, or sublicense premium access or tokens except as we expressly permit.

We may investigate and take action, including content removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement, where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

7. Premium access, tokens, and payments

Some features require a paid membership, tokens, or another in-Service entitlement. Prices, package lengths, and benefits are described at checkout or on the membership screens and may change for future purchases.

Payments may be processed by third parties, which can include card or membership platforms (such as Patreon) and cryptocurrency or other payment gateways. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control blockchain networks, miner fees, or a third party's billing calendar. Crypto and similar payments are typically processed as one-time invoices; access is granted for the purchased period after the processor confirms sufficient payment. Underpaid crypto transactions may be held until the deficit is cleared.

Unless required by law or by the relevant payment provider's mandatory refund rules:

  • digital access, tokens, and completed puzzle entitlements are non-refundable once delivered;
  • tokens and similar items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money;
  • we are not responsible for taxes you owe; you are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or similar charges that apply.

Recurring Patreon or similar memberships are billed by that platform. Cancel through that platform to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid period unless that platform or these Terms provide otherwise. Chargebacks made in bad faith, payment fraud, or abuse of promotions may result in immediate termination of access.

8. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate Discord, Patreon, payment processors, cloud hosting, authentication providers, and similar services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites, outages, or policy changes, except to the extent we cannot exclude that responsibility under applicable law.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that puzzles, progress, or entitlements will always be available.

Adult content is provided for entertainment. It is not advice, and it does not depict real persons without their consent. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the place from which you access the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENSY GAMES AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TOKENS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud where such a limit is prohibited.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sensy Games and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe continued access creates risk to users, minors, payment partners, or the Service. Upon termination, your license ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, payments already processed, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be indicated by updating this page and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service or by email. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, sale, or similar transaction. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. There are no third-party beneficiaries except as stated for our operators and licensors in the liability and indemnity sections.
